There is a bit of a graphical glitch on the client machine about halfway through, this happens rarely, and you can fix it by tweaking the settings, I didn't bother tweaking for the purposes of making this video.

NavIt in a car with a Linux laptop and an USB GPS receiver

Demonstration of NavIt (http://navit-project.org) giving me driving instructions, at the same time that Rhythmbox is playing music. The announcements are speech synthesis in French (using espeak), and an additional "attention-grabbing beep" is played before announcements.
