VMware View

VMware seem to be giving a lot of importance to their View application, and are practically making it universally available after today's announcement of added support for Linux, Mac, and Amazon Kindle.

After watching the video below, I feel inclined to say that it will be more useful to IT administrators/control freaks than to the actual users who in reality do not really need a VMware View client in order to use a variety of applications, since there are several other options elsewhere.

Still, VMware is taking its market share seriously, and that can be a good thing.
